One-Month Retreat at the Forest Refuge

Tara Mulay and I will offer teachings and meditation guidance/ support at The Forest Refuge in Barre MA. There are experience and minimum stay requirements for folks wishing to come and practice Insight and Brahma Vihara meditation.
