One Month at Forest Refuge

January 1 - January 31

Shelly Graf and I will be offering teachings and practice support for people doing vipassana and Brahma Vihara meditation. This will be at the Forest Refuge in Barre, MA. There are meditation experience and stay length minimums for acceptance.
