1-Week Retreat at Retreat Center, Barre, MA

Winnie will be teaching at the Retreat Center in Barre, MA with Tara Mulay as co-teacher. We will be offering insight meditation instruction, with an emphasis on the cultivation of good will (metta). A daily mindful movement session will support the ease of retreatants.
